New Campain. I am proposing that. All local authorities be contacted with the Idea that all ladies can use their swimming pools without tops. This is in line with actions in Germany and holland. this would also ensure that the sexual equalities act followed. because as it stands ladies are being discriminated, because they are forced to wear a top when swimming.
